Refrigerator did not work, tried to call desk. Phone did not work. We went to the desk. They would do nothing. We had reserved a handicapped room. It was labelled as such. It had a step in tub with no grab bars and the toilet came out of an elementary school no grab bars. The owner was extremely rude and made no effort to remedy anything. He shouted at us and asked if we were leaving immediately knowing we had made our reservation through Priceline and likely could not get a refund. We did, howeve, cancel the remainder of our 4 night reservation. There restaurant was not serving and they never gave us a wifi password We suspect they had none. User's recommendation: Never stay at Howard Johnsons on Highway 49 in Hattiesburg MS.
