Wax descrepancy

Hi. I went to your location in Willowbrook IL, on Friday 8/13. I noticed that the esthetician did not go a good job and left a lot of hair behind. I knew that you all had a 5 day guarantee so I tried to get an appointment for a touch up and I was unable to get one ASAP. The only one that could accommodate me was an hour away and she told me I had to come today, which I was not able to.
