Water not filtered at all. unsanitary

Tastes just like faucet water, or worse. Got a mouthful of grit at the bottom of one. Their response to my email was completely incoherent, telling me I should clean their machine(!). Now I've been on the phone trying to resolve for the past 15 minutes (got cut off once). They want to send me coupons for an indoor machine in another town, and they can't tell me when my local machine will be fixed. User's recommendation: find a machine maintained by a company that cares about not poisoning people.
