Water Damage to items in luggage

Delta flight 1713 out of Atlanta Georgia on the 28th of May 2021 to Seattle Wa. Upon arrival in Seattle around 12:15 am with claimed our luggage's. Which notice was soaking wet. Being so late we just it being wet out weather while being loaded. Upon farther inspection the items in all our four checked luggage were damp or total wet. Several had water stains.
