Just spent one hour and two minutes trying to cancell my account. notice of renewal came in mail CASUALLY mentioning an increase of $112 per year. The person with whom I spoke used every deterrent in an attempt to get me to change my mind. Put me on hold four times. Advised that the increase included covering me up to one million dollars !!!! I am on social security. Worst experience of my life..
