Waste of money; Cheap quality and no customer service.

I ordered a product (Celluless) in April. Product arrived 7 weeks later. Broke after first use. Email was sent and they replied right away and said they would ship a replacement. It is August and still no replacement part received. After numerous emails (in June, July and August)there has been no contact from customer service whatsoever. All I keep getting is an automated response that ‘your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff’. Another email filled with ‘you can track your order’- which of course doesn’t work either.
