Wasn’t told there’s no return
After talking with the store manager I finally got in contact with the regional manager who then had to talk to the owner at which point he was able to resolve my problem. User's recommendation: Be extremely cautious about buying from this store, always go home and think about it before you spend this kind of money on beauty products.
