I purchased your washer from Lowe's July 2017, 3-4 months later the lid was replaced as it was defective and not closing, from one of your service providers. Presently the inside plastic of the lid is cracked on the corner . The softener dispenser has rust. I called your warranty dept only to find out this is not covered . Very unhappy as I purchased your product thinking it would at least last me more than 1 year . It seems like this lid is defective. My phone number is [protected]
