I called on phone to speak to a live person and resolve my issue and that didnt happen.. I was passed off and got a recording with no option to speak in person User's recommendation: Don’t use a card to buy pre paid gas in store.. they charge the amount as pending and 2 minutes later the transactions completed and they take another equal amount from your acct balance and don’t release the pending amount.
