I ordered a sympathy arrangement at the price of $59.99 and since it was delivered within the mile radius there was no delivery fee. Needless to say there was a hidden service charge of 14.99 that was added to my credit card. I will never order from this florist again and I suggest if you do READ the fine print somewhere on the order. This is considered FRAUD as far as I am concerned!!!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER IT A RIPP OFF.
