Original review updated by user Mar 18, 2021 I rented a house in GA for a vacation last April and purchased the travel insurance with CSA. THE AREA WAS CLOSED TO TRAVEL AND TOURISTS DUE to Covid for the time I rented. CSA would not honor the policy and refund anything! Though it clearly states coverage for a pandemic they do not agree with their own policy!I will never purchase from them again. User's recommendation: Do not bother to purchase insurance - they do not stand behind it!
