Was duped by the seller
After a mistake by the carrier, the incorrect electronics item that I had received on October 30 was duly sent back to the seller. I went to the customer service chatbox and opened a dialogue asking to for moneyback. I supplied all necessary screenshots and pictures I took of the order delivered and picked back. Guess what, they refused to refund me my money.Turned out that in their system they have it that they actually deliver the order and closed the deal. It is never reflected that the item was wrong and that it was shipped back. After I asked why would I have these pictures of the picked up item and confirmation from the delivery company, they shrugged it off and said they were not connected with the delivery company, that I must go to them. But how come the delivery company would be responsible for a refund from the seller?
