The repair man that Home Depot sent to my house was supposed to check my washer and dryer but he said it was only for the washer. He wasnt sure what the problem was so he said he would replace the control panel. After he left my house my washing machine kept going to the soak mode when the soak mode was turned off. I called the repair mans cell phone and he came back at the end of the day and he tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with the washer. He said it was his fault and that he did not understand the instructions on how to install the new control panel. User's recommendation: Don’t buy appliances at Home Depot.
