Warranty Repair Followup

I opened a service request on 7/15/21 for repairs to my refrigerator. I was given the runaround at each attempt to get help. By 8/20/21 with the refrigerator still not working I asked to simply get a depreciated cash amount to replace. I was given another 3 days of runaround before being told no and that the claim was being closed. I canceled my warranty and had them deduct a ton of fees. They are the worst operation I have ever dealt with from both a customer service standpoint as well standing by their word. Stay away and never allow them to rip you off.
