Warranty on golf shoe issue

Hi I purchased a pair of golf shoes for my daughter (Model FU7009 size 7.5 Chaos in Primeblue) and she loves them However one of the loops for the lace to go through has come apart. I have photos I could send. She has worn them maybe 5 times. Please let me know what I could do to exchange them. I purchased them at a golf proshop in NH, but do not have access to the shop as it is at a private club Thank you Judi
