Kia declined to replace the black chrome strips around my windows due to, according to them, normal wear and tear. The car is a 2020 stinger gt…the appraiser indicated it was faulty work and the strips were not sealed properly allowing them to start to oxidize. This is not acceptable in a car that is one year old and well taken care of. It is a problem that Kia should fix under the warranty. This is my 4th Kia and I loved my cars but will not buy again if they can't stand behind their product…plus they made me get two quotes for this $760…that is what they declined!!! They will lose a loyal customer over $760!!!
