Warranty complaint not resolved by Shane Gentile customer service rep for D R Horton

Eight months ago I contacted a D.R. Horton customer service technician by the name of SHANE GENTILE about an upstairs window leak. SHANE GENTILE cut up the drywall around the window and found the window has a crack in the frame. SHANE GENTILE ordered a window and will be replaced the second week of May. Reaching out to SHANE GENTILE for 2 weeks or better, finally got a response and was told the window will be replaced June 19th still no window. Still reaching out to SHANE GENTILE three weeks later and no response, causing more water damage in the area SHANE GENTILE cut up the drywall in my new home. PLEASE someone other than SHANE GENTILE customer service technician contact me to resolve my leaking window issue.
