Warranty complaint customer service complaint

$1200 couch purchased Less than 2ys ago 1 of the recliners broke which theyre covering under warranty But the warranty tech stated they quit doing business with the maker also one of the chairs is peeling the warranty tech also stated that was a defect as well. Warranty refused to help me by stating I had to split the cost to have it repaired and It will take six months to a year to do so because they no longer do anything with the manufacturer. I was told I could either take the offer or leave it and hung up on. I feel AFW should exchange the couch for something around the price range
