Battery problem with bike that is less than 1 year old. Returned battery to Halfords store a couple of weeks ago. They tested and agreed defective. However, they then send to Shimano UK and cannot give me any timescale on replacement/repair. Also cannot put me in touch with Shimano UK This lack of communication is very poor. Be aware if you buy an electric bike from Halfords Donnie McLeod User's recommendation: Ask Halfords to supply new battery. Do not send for repair,
