I know many old folks who have NO computer so they cannot order from them, they are lucky! Original review updated by user Jul 28, 2021 This evil company has ZERO customer service, commonly sends wrong part, ALWAYS use your credit card, the card company is the ONLY way to protect yourself. Go elsewhere, many have ruined their cars with parts from them and they have NO customer service! There are plenty of reputable internet sellers and paying more for the right part is a WIN! compared to this company! Imagine having your car torn apart, 10 miles or more to town and its the blatantly wrong part. Or worse you could put the wrong part in and RUIN your rig!!!!! That has happened to others. Due to their policy there is NO customer service. Also note that only one site has any good reviews, the site where their employees live! User's recommendation: RUN from then to someone reputable!
