I purchased discounted items from them. This year for a year with several devices, vpn and so on. This was january 2021 or so. Already they say it is expired and I need to renew. Now, they started randomly charging me a pro subscription, which I had already paid for up front for the year. Takes a week to respond or if they respond it's some bs babbling. Right after each response, they charged me again. I even showed them the receipt! I ultimately ended up canceling my card, to keep them from repeatedly charging me for stuff I never even ordered! Beware, because User's recommendation: Do not buy this item! Total RIP off.
