There is not enough space here to list all of my complaints. After installing TotalAV on my iPhone and Windows-based PC, it slowed both devices to the point of making them unusable. Tech support? You must be kidding. You must communicate with tech support via email, probably because their tech support is located in a third-world country. Pidgin English at best. You have been forewarned. User's recommendation: Avoid TotalAV at all costs. You have been forewarned. Proceed with TotalAV at your own peril.
