My name: Lesia Veloz [protected] Warehouse keeps sending wrong size; customer service just keeps placing the order without looking into it: order #: [protected] Web ID: [protected] Sept. 4, 2021 Order was placed for a 2xpt Sept. 10th Wrong size delivered was a 1x Sept 10th Phone customer service was requested replacement Sept. 14th Another 1x delivered Sept 16th Stored where i returned both items had pymt by Macy'c Card which we do not have Sept 17th Customer service placed another online order without looking into the problem and reading me the same script without getting to the bottom of it
