Recently I returned two aids both purchased within a year past. Right ear unit was a replacement. I paid $10 to return them and now have been told it will cost me $79 to repair or replace them. I have been hung up twice by CSR to try to resolve the problem. You have my property and want additional monies to return them. This is extortion. They are my property. I expected based on what Mati Tylicki a CSR told me that they would be reapaired or replaced at cost. Is warranty worth anything? I expect to receive my aids back repaired or replaced as I was told. Find another com[any User's recommendation: find another company.
