Bought the pit boss Laredo 1000 3-4 months ago and it is by far the worst pellet grill I have ever owned takes a hour to warm up came out of the box dented the auger makes the weirdest noises! Called to get helped and got the typical run around! Would like to see someone stand behind there product was willing to stay with pit boss but will be referring EVERTONE I know to veer away from ANY pit boss or Louisiana product period
