Want to return the product when I called they said she could not find my information on my order.

I ordered q grips and can not return them they say that they cant find my information that I ordered anything. Then when I went to the customer service site to chat they wanted to charge me a dollar to talk to them. Wanted my credit card information. User's recommendation: make sure you know where the product is coming from.
