I have heard NOTHING their email does not work. I have also not been notified that they got my request. I am trying to get off of catalog mailing lists and most companies are very willing to do this, but this company sends way more catalogs and so I wanted to have it stop. User's recommendation: they send catalogs often and it is hard to get off their mailing list.
