Management stuck me on third floor when I wanted first. Noisy kids running in hallway. There's been no housekeeping service. No clean sheets. No sweeping no towels. COVID 19 and no clean room. I need a REFUND. Paid $899 for 15 nights...I would have left but gave most of my money for motel 6 stay. Really would like my money back. I won't be back again. I have until February 4 before I check out. About 7 more nights.. Thanks. Karen C. User's recommendation: Beware. Check room before pay for stay.
