WALMART refuses to refund my money

I am disabled this money was put on the card for me to pay for my upcoming surgeries. Walmart refuses to let me have access to my money and will nit refund it. IT IS MY MONEY. I have furnished them with documentation proving my identity and that the money is mine. I have the card. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE MONEY CARDS.
