Oct. 2nd: Over the years its harder to get a timely response for a call for service. Today I2 Oct. I was trying to request an AC tuneup service. I waited 33 minutes and then another two or three being transferred- why the need to be transferred to "retail." Why a wait time of 33 minutes? They also make you wait on the day of service for lets say 12- 6 PM. Until recently it was 12-3 or 3-6 PM
