I made an order in late march, order #28286**** The order was sent in to shippings the first I never received Fed ex said they left it on the porch but the door bell camera showed otherwise. As soon as I seen the order was not on the porch, I immediately called Fed ex to report that the package was not delivered One week later I received a text to reach out to Saks regarding the order which I had already done. I was told that an investigation was open an it would take two weeks, two weeks later the items were no longer in stock and I that I would be refunded it was take 14 day 2 months later still no refund Ive talked to 7 different representative issue still not resolve just being given the run around User's recommendation: Pick your items up in store.
