Waiting on my order for my graduation ceremony on May 8

I am still waiting for on my dress and items that I was supposed to have by April 24 and my graduation ceremony is on May 8 this Saturday and now I have to buy another dress at your store today at Whitehall pa! I want my full refund based on the package lost and not have received before my date and I'm buying the same dress over at this location!
