Tried calling omega cabinets, was on hold for 30 minutes then was told i couldnt be helped since i do not know account number from local retailer i bought these from. Waited 18 weeks now for one 54inch finished panel that covers a island end. 8 weeks have been since receiving cabinets which they sent a 60inch panel. No it cant be just cut down since theres 3 inserted panels in said piece. No answers from me or my retail store. Sad! I can not influence anyone with going with this brand! User's recommendation: Poor customer service.
