Waiting for the dispatch since yesterday

I placed my first order yesterday. The procedure was quite quick and easy. It took about 20 minutes to cope with everything: creating the account, adding all the items to the basket, placing the order and paying for it. But their service is not so fast. The website says they process orders within 24 hours. So I expected for it to be dispatched today in the morning. And it is 5PM now. No notifications about dispatching! And yes, I understand that it is a hot season now, but still. By the way, they have already sent me 5 emails with ads and promos.
