waiting for product to enter my suite ready for shipment

The product I purchased 24th December 2017 and delivered to BorderLinx on 29th Dec 2017 is still not showing ready for shipment to me in Australia, I am very upset with this long delay having spent over $200- on my product. It seems lost in the system; have used livechat several times as well in email contact but they keep saying it's been escalated & there is just no response unless I hassle them with more email. Unsatisfactory service!
