Waiting for payment on giftr cards sold on line

I have been waiting to get payments for gift cards sold online to card-pool for 2 months. in my account they so shipped, I checked the balance on line the cards all show zero balance left. so I know they were received by the buyers. I sent an email inquiring about the cards with the transactions number and I have yet to receive a response back. I has been several days now. I tried calling the customer service number and constantly get the same message to leave a message and someone will contact you. I did this twice also and no one has called me back. this does not make since I have used them in the past with no issue.
