Waiting for over 1 month for a new fridge.

My new fridge that I purchased was faulty and the Defy Technician told me it will have to be replaced.This was in May that o logged the fault. A few weeks later They did send a fridge but it was dented!! If I wanted a scratch and dent fridge, I would have bought from a second hand store. Wake up defy, its over 1 month now and you'll are annoying me now. I demand my refund as well as the delivery fee I paid to get my fridge delivered to me. Enough is enough. User's recommendation: Purchase a brand that has excellent customer services.
