Waiting for my remote

I never received an email of confirmation of my remote from their 1-800 customer Service.remote that was supposed to be with me. My bed is useless without a remote. Sad that there is no local customer service through slumber world. Calling the mainland (contiguous 48 states) is all they have offered. Dont buy Leggett and Platt horrible customer service.
