A few years ago I ordered The Pack is Back train. Received card saying thanks for patience. Got a call saying it was coming April 26. Then got another card saying it wasn't going to be delivered. I wrote a letter and emailed the company and still nothing. As I have read through reviews I see others have had the same problem. Very disappointing because I have ordered many things from you and they have all been wonderful. Please let me know if I will ever receive it.
