Waiting for damaged sofa repair

I purchased several pieces of customized furniture ($9K) and was provided with different completion dates. Delivery of the first piece went fine and it was very nice. Delivery of the second piece didn't turn out, it was damaged. I refused this delivery and have been waiting almost two months and no date for completion of the repair has been provided. I have contacted them several times and they said it will take a while. In the meantime, the other pieces are sitting in their warehouse waiting for this damaged piece so that all can be delivered together. I noticed that other reviews had problems with their furniture and delivery dates. I think it is poor practice to leave a customer dangling without some effort to provide a time frame for delivery. These pieces have all been paid for. User's recommendation: Be aware that even when you are purchasing high end furniture, there is no place to turn to when there is a problem. You are at their mercy.
