Waiting for a replacement product to see if that fixes the issue

In Jan 2021 I purchased this product because of its innovative temperature probe system. After only using the product three times the display showed an error code of PRB3. In the handbook it stated that I should call customer service. After I tried that by waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes without any luck, I tried to go to their web site (which doesnt exist and the web page is up for sale!!). In the end I had to go to Amazon to contact the seller. Not a happy customer User's recommendation: Don’t buy this product.
