I have been trying to find out where my refund is since May 2021. I received a voicemail yesterday from cheapo air when I called back they told me to check with my bank the refund shouldve been there. I checked with my bank and there is nothing from cheapoair. I called the customer service number on the website and again was given another number to call and it had nothing to do with refunds they only deal with current and upcoming reservations. My advice is stay away from cheapo air aboyouflights directly with whatev User's recommendation: Never use cheapo air.
