Waiting 1 month for order

Boscovs tells me they have ordereD my temper pedicure mattress and box springs, and they have not received it from your company. It has been 1month Sunday since it was ordered. To begin with they told me it was back ordered 2 weeks, now it is a month. I have always thought Boscovs is a 5 star for customer service and Im not getting any where with them.They are telling me they have not gotten the order from you. Please help me with this.
