They are going to send me the tools that were missing and have offered me a free diamond painting of my choice. I had ordered merchandise from a company called Home Craftology. The company makes it look like they are a USA company but came to find out their stuff comes from China. Anyway, I was not happy to find out my items were going to take so long because of coming from China. Their site says 10 to 15 days....mine took a month!! I sent numerous emails because the tracking number they gave me just kept saying in was still in China. I even made two phone calls, left messages and not one email nor phone call was ever sent back to me. Now comes the big problem, after waiting a month to get my merchandise it finally comes....these were Diamond Painting kits I ordered and they need special tools to make them.....the tools were missing, so now there is no way to make the paintings.
