On April 19, 2021, I visited the Pinecrest IHOP around 12:15pm. My mother was seated immediately and I arrived shortly afterwards. We waited at our seats for 15 minutes and was not provided service. Couples that walked in after us was immediately served. I asked to speak to the manager and the server failed to inform the manager of my request. Instead the server carried on a conversation with other guests who she had a personal relationship with outside of work. Frustrate I got up to leave. My mother had to ask another server could she speak to an manager. My mother informed the manager of the incident. Im not aware if the manager resolved the issue with the server who failed to provide us service. User's recommendation: I will never recommend future customers to this location.
