I waited 20 min for my food. I ordered a meal that was supposed to include fries, Cole slaw and a cookie for sides. The fries were cold and rubbery, which were inedible, and the cookie was not in the bag after I got down the road. The staff was friendly but unfortunately the food was not good. I normally love steak and shake but this one in Mt Vernon IL on Nov 1, 2019 was not a good experience.
