VPS downtime is 2 days and counting.

VPS downtime (high unix load, no load from my side) is 2 days and counting. Support reboots VPS and asks if everything working better or not while load is caused by external problems like disk system usage. Checked my earlier 4 tickets and searching for more stable VPS provider for very low load projects. At least 5 notable incidents for 8 months (downtime > 2 hours each). Looks like no monitoring from provider's side or they do not monitor it. You need to write to support any time when neighbours abuse the server and/or there is hardware problem.
