Charles Shinauld is a lying,crooked,immoral predator who seeks out good, hardworking people and promises you everything you need and want to hear just so that he can get his hands on your money and gives you absolutely nothing in return. Vangaurd processing group IS NOT a legitamate company. Its a front for a SCAM!!!! Please people, dont fall for this!!!
