Dear sir I was told i was going to recieve a voucher for the green nature diamond hotel in .marmaris turkey which i paid 2019.00 euro for 2 weeks all inclusive in june 24th to july 8th 2020. My booking number was EO6ED21. Otel.com sent my voucher for the hotel and when i arrived to the hotel it was closed due to covid yet i did not.get any email to say it wass closed or my refund. The manager in hotel told me they did not get paid for.my booking and they only recieve payment when i would of checked out I ended up paying another 1400 euro.for the elegance.hotel which cost me a.fortune. I asked the bank to do the chargeback but they said you would send me.a.voucher for the hotel value of 2019.00 euro. My name is zoe ward. Can u please let me know can you book the hotel for the 2 weeks for me august 22nd 2021 for 14 mights all-inclusive which i had booked.
