A whole Sheet was shattered upon opening to build it, purchased 5-6 over a 1 year period and did not build straight away.. Only when needed as I use for a collection, was told I could not get a replacement.. was packaged tight so you could not tell it was broken until opened, I was sold a broken product and all I would like is that product replaced
